Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad is a public business school located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. It was the second Indian Institute of Management (IIM) to be established in 1961, after IIM Calcutta.
The institute offers Post Graduate Diploma Programmes in Management and Agriculture Business Management, a Fellowship Programme and a number of Executive Training Programmes. Admissions to PG program in management are primarily through the Common Admission Test conducted jointly by the IIMs. it was ranked as number 1 institute in terms of placement records back in 2015.
