You don’t have to highlight all the grades in which you lag behind, only the ones that are appropriate for the job. You can also list relevant coursework for the position you’re applying for without revealing your actual GPA. If your overall GPA is bad though, leave that out of your resume and explain only if necessary.
Most companies don't require your crammed GPA for hiring you. They only need to make sure that you have what it takes to be an efficient employee.
