Many of the Australian Universities often ignore the IELTS or TOEFL results of the applicants who have English as their secondary language or have spent some years in a country with standard primary English language. They even avoid test results for the students applying for post graduate degree if they can provide proof  that their medium of instruction was English at the time of graduation.
