The Madras Christian College (MCC) is a liberal arts and sciences college in Madras (Chennai), India. Founded in 1837, MCC is one of Asia's oldest extant colleges. The college is affiliated to the University of Madras but functions as an autonomous institution (deemed university) from its campus in Tambaram, Chennai. The college offers over 30 regular courses in undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Arts, Sciences, and Commerce.
The college provides a 3 year full time B.Com degree. The course is designed to equip students with knowledge, skills and tools needed to make them competitive in a global economic environment.
