The Indian Institute of Art and Design (IIAD) in collaboration with Kingston University, London, offers three rigorous Bachelor degree programmes in Fashion Design, Interior Architecture & Design, and Communication Design, at its campus in New Delhi. These designing courses are taught in a creative studio-based format to ensure that the students get extensive practical exposure and hands-on learning within the disciplines.
Once the students complete their foundation course, they begin their 3-year BA in Fashion Design. The curriculum for these three years is in tune with the teaching philosophy of thinking through making. Holistic design education has 4 essential components - context, process, design realization and self and professional development.
